    good stay but needs improvements

I enjoyed the exceptional food in the restaurant, highlighting the best steak I've had in a long time. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home. My room offered a lovely view which was perfect for relaxation, adding to the overall experience.

Towels and Manchester could do with a refresh.

    welcoming staff
    lovely views
    delightful bar area
    accessibility issue

Welcoming staff and a delightful bar area made our stay enjoyable! The balcony provided lovely views, and it's super easy to walk to local shops since it's right in the heart of town.

Access to the rooms involved a couple of flights of stairs, which might be tricky for some guests.

    clean room
    lovely view
    delicious breakfast
    lack of family facilities

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the balcony offered a lovely view, perfect for lounging with our dogs. The food was a highlight. breakfasts were inclusive and delicious, giving us plenty of choices to satisfy the whole family.

My children wished there were more family-friendly facilities, like a playground or a garden area for them to play.
